The Red River Chapter of RSES did not have a regular business meeting this month. Instead, we toured Jefferson Elementary School to look at their HVAC system.

Meeting Sponsor: Chiller Systems
Minutes: Read by Secretary Bruce Bakkegard and Approved as read.
Treasurer's Report: $17,415.30 plus income from Kellow Seminar of About $10,000 to date.
Communications: Awards Nominations from RSES, Credentials International in MPLS next fall, Skills USA request for funds, (Not This Year)
Committee Reports: None
Old Business: CM Testing - There have been no requests so these tests will not be offered at the Kellow Seminar in March
To Date 80 Registered for Kellow Seminar. Bill Swanson will contact Wholesalers for 'Coffee' Donations
RSES members - after Feb. 2nd $150 for RSES members - $175 - non members -limited to 220 with theater style seating. Seminar is March 28th 2009.
Reminder - UMRA Feb. 20-21 in Winnipeg
New Business: 10 Walk In coolers will be bid as an addendum @ MSCTC Moorhead Refrigeration & A/C Department.
Thank you cards from YWCA, Builders Exchange for donations we have made.
More discussion was made about PTL continuing education.

Old Business: 2nd mailing for Holohan/Kellow Seminar will go out later this week. Fees will be $125 for RSES members - $150 for non members ---after Feb. 2nd $150 for RSES members - $175 - non members --limited to 220 with theater style seating. Seminar is March 28th 2009.

New Business: Discussed possibility of offering a CM test. Steve will include questionnaire in next newsletter mailing to test interest in offering the test at the Kellow seminar in March.
